This task is the responsibility of the MANAGEMENT headed by the Managing Director. All management members are responsible for an efficient implementation of the Quality Policy. INSPECTION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE of production equipment, raw materials, semi-finished and finished products is the responsibility of the Quality Assurance Department which is under a direct control of the Managing Director. This service has a professional and guiding role and assists the management of Oprema Ravne in implementing the TQM concept.
