We made four robot cells with ten welding robots.

Medium frequency welding units are used in robot cells.

• welding units - ARO MF (1KHz)
• compatible grippers on welding guns
• cycle time : 63s
• number of weld points : 77
• weld point quality according to VW 011 05 – 0G1 standard

To meet the required quality of spot welding, accurate tests and inspection are performed.
