The development strategy of Oprema Ravne is based on the Total Quality Management System, the synergy influences inside the company and a global-market orientation.


QUALITY OF PRODUCTS meets and exceeds international standards and customer’s requirements. Only high-quality materials are used for our products which conform to a well-organized
QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM that is based on the ISO 9001:2008 standard. A great emphasis is given on Total Quality Management (TQM) to prevent poor quality, meet delivery terms and maintain a strict cost control. This task is the responsibility of the
MANAGEMENT headed by the Managing Director. All management members are responsible for an efficient implementation of the Quality Policy. In their everyday work and actual operations to improve quality and target the quality, they set an example to all employees.


Altogether we strive for good mutual relations. This includes a continuous process of education, motivation and environmental protection. All our efforts are oriented into CUSTOMERS who expect that the supplied product will be in conformity with their requirements. We intend to increase the confidence of our customers based on a mutual, sincere cooperation, open communication and an efficient solving of problems. We provide customers with advice and solutions, which convinces them that Oprema Ravne is a reliable and competent business partner.

INSPECTION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE of production equipment, raw materials, semi-finished and finished products is the responsibility of the Quality Assurance Department which is under a direct control of the Managing Director. This service has a professional and guiding role and assists the management of Oprema Ravne in implementing the TQM concept.
